Once the doors open for the 119. ZuckerBäckerball on 16 January 2020 in the Vienna Hofburg, guests from far and wide will grace the ballroom floors. It wasn’t too long ago when ball guests came mainly from Vienna and the surrounding area. However, in recent years the reputation for such a great ball could not be contained, and one thing is now clear: the number of guests from abroad has risen sharply.
In order to be able to deal with the growing number of questions from countries all over the world, the ZuckerBäckerball has adapted and now offers its website in two languages. In addition to German, all the important information can now be found also in English. You can find all this by clicking on the menu item “English”.
Furthermore, numerous articles and information updates will be published in both languages. Likewise, the official Facebook page of the event will also become bilingual. Please note that the English postings can only be seen in one’s feed if they have selected “English” as their language.
The preparations for the 119. ZuckerBäckerball are now well underway, and we are hoping to launch the ticket sale soon. Once it is underway you will be able to find all the relevant information here – published in both languages, of course.
