We ask you kindly observe the following rules:

1. Simply registering via an accreditation form does not automatically entitle you to attend the event. Your accreditation is only valid upon receiving a confirmation letter from the organiser.

2. Moreover, the organiser has the right to reject any accreditation request without stating reasons, in particular if the maximum number of accreditations has already been reached.

3. For multi-person TV teams, an accreditation is provided to the person responsible for the team and this person is also required to be present at the ball.

The following ticketing allocation numbers apply – without exception - to all media representatives:

• Journalist / Editor / Text - 1 ticket

• Journalist / Editor / Audio - 1 ticket

• Photographer - 1 ticket

• TV Team (2 persons) - 2 tickets

• TV Team (3 persons) - 3 tickets
